-In keeping with our Quality Assurance measures, comprehensive selection criteria is practised to ensure that our seafarers are qualified, experienced and familiar with the particular vessel they are assigned to.

- The Owners are provided with a pool of Officers and Ratings who are experienced for their specific type of vessels. Accordingly the same seafarers within this pool are rotated and scheduled.

-Our Officers and Ratings are trained and familiar with all ISM requirements and are certified to meet all STCW 95 requirements.

- As Port State Inspections are progressively frequent, our seafarers are trained and are aware of compliance procedures.

- As a part of our ongoing Improvement and Updating Program, our seafarers are required to attend refresher training courses and seminars during their leave periods where presently emphasis is being laid on the ISPS Code, in deference to International security concerns and to MARPOL Annexe 6, in deference International pollution concerns.
